Goodwill Industries of Southeast Iowa is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to advance the social and economic well-being of people who experience barriers to independence. We have provided training services and employment for people with disabilities since 1965.

We believe the whole community benefits when practical solutions are applied to the barriers faced by individuals with disabilities. Self-sufficiency is maximized. People discover they do have choices.

Goodwill is accredited by CARF, the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission and is a member of the United Way of Johnson County and the United Way of East Central Iowa.
